FRIDAY
dragon boating and kayaking . made me chao tah till now .
partner yiting ..had dragon boating race and we WON !!
after dragon boating we had to change over to kayaking .
wad guess wad . we had to change over in the water .
it was rather lucky that me and yiting sat in front.
so we got to change over first .
wakakaka ! the instructors there super shuai and are dam nice .
eccept for the woman .that kept kao peh-ing .
SATURDAY
training in the morning. quite alot of them late .
den mr ang was super not happy with the attendance .
and say that he wan to see the whole team on monday .
which is today .. sun burn and whole training was lik shyt .
SUNDAY
met with jeline and seeun in the morning !
went to aunty there to dye hair .
shuang-ness man ..
meet qing hai.gary.nicholas.steven.kaijie.at yck station .
den went to cityhall . the guys went to do their shopping ..
me seeun and yan mei was rather bored .
and decided to make the guys suffer later on when we go bugis street .
bought clothes , shuang...
is long long long looonnng tyme den can shop litat for once .
went to seeun's h0use after that .
eat already went to her neighbour house .
he had a super beautiful balcony . dam shuang ahh !!!!!
home at 9 .
next day need wake up at 715 AM !!!
MONDAY
late today ! and had to do 80 squat jump !
mr ang's style .. he was dam pissed with us ..
talked to us and there was quite a number of people late.
den mr ang made us do 300 squat jump .whole training was lik shyt .
legs dam suan and tired ..
training ended with tui 10 tymes . !!!!!!
went to eat BOTAK JONES with ,
jonathan,mr chew,ziping and wu jiao lian .
went home at 2 plus .
watch DVD and slack !
there will be school tmr !!
need to do sth to my hair ..
