sunday's training was dam shagg ...
everyone was having superb muscle aches .!
warm up was dam stiff and boss went to press my leg !.
and he say is a stretching !wadever ..
monday's training wasa shit to me ..
no strength at all ! and stupid shiling kept aiming me cuz ii no strength le .
spiking was all the way high ball .. jie qiu was lik sai ! and setting worst !
training ended at 730 . home sweet home !

TODAY is muscle ache day 4 !
had lots of diffuculties climbing and goin down of steps ..
and today is also prelim oral day ..
my reading was total madness !
sentence so dam long larh ! dun even have time to breath ..
chinese lesson was dam crap .. hong kong and water boy kept making fun of mr soon !!
entertaintment man !!! did compo .. full of crap !
went to eat dessert with yanmei and qianhui .
aloe vera + jelly + nata = YUMMY !
went home after that ..
goin to sleep early today !!!!
