reached school at 1226 ! we were early !!
training started at 1+ ..
the normal training things .. training ended at 5 PM !
and boss say JUMP 12 WHEELBARROW 12 !!!!!
me and sili took 1hour and 15 mins to complete everything !!
catholic guys came over to PHS for training .
so me yiting sili seeun and jeline stayed to play ,..
da fang was fun .. their cboys not bad man ..
free spiked was BWANG !

can call him shi fu liao ..
played game with their cboys .. fun fun fun ..
is funny dao .. they have a muthu in their team also ..
and he super funny man ..
training ended at 9PM .
