congrats man ladies ! we did it to the semi-finals.
bad news is .. we will be playing with phsalumni ..%&(%#^&$@!~!!!

training started at 10 today .. ii reach before 10 okay !
brothers came over to visit me . so long never see them ler lah !!
training was OMY-TIAN !..
getting injuries like almost everywhere larh !!
first injured my ankle(s) den back pain,den hand pain
and now even my KNEE ! all over my body is full of tape and guards .
training ended at 1plus .went for lunch with Y.T.TAN
headed back to school for combine .
super shagggggg larh ! but ii bet u all is more fun than school training man !
though is tough but there is full of laughter everywher .
love them man . make me think of my bgirls 08 larh !hais ....
