CHINA !~ DAY 3 !
as usual woke up at 630am ! breakfast was lik *&%$#%^& ! china porridge,lots of vegetables !!!
after breakfast headed to training ground . stupid thing is our training ground is 1hour away from our hotel lar !! after training, headed for lunch at a hotel, and they gave us rooms to rest .
same plan as yesterday :) before we sleep some things happened .( YOU YUAN YING DE !)
HHAHAHHA !! slept for about 45 mins, nanny poh came knocking on our door ,
time to go for match . good thing is our hotel back to our training ground is only 3 mins !!
had to warm up again . 10 rounds, stretching , jiao bu .
after all these NOT A SINGLE SWEAT drip down my face . imagine its in sch or sentosa !
think ii get heat stroke le man !!
played against xiamen's no.2 team . won them 3-0 again ....
went for dinner around 5 plus 6 and went off for boat ride !!1 and a half hours ~~
super ultra coooolllddddddd . everyone was wearing about 3 layers and du du was just wearing a polo tee and he say the weather okayokay only !! wwwtffff ~
went strait back to hotel after boat ride . everyone was hungry :(
so ziping jonathan and mr chew brought room 605,606 and 607 people for SUPPER!
but the supper = dinner ! ate till super full. like feeding pig litat !
HAHAH !
dear cant come online today :(
but sweetest thing he did is he msg mmeeeeeeee !!!!
tell me he playing pool so cant come online but he will msg me !
hahaahha ! feeling dam shiok after wad he say !!
